COLLEGE DESIGN

Farmingdale State College has awarded you the contract to design a new school of architecture
and environmental design on an off-campus site at 40 Hill Street, a 9.25-acre site in Glen Cove, NY. The
current site owner is moving to a larger site. This project aims to design an innovative, sustainable, and
site-specific project that can be used as a sustainable building and site construction teaching tool for the
students and the community.
